Are you ready to go balls to the walls with another fitness challenge? This Thanksgiving we’re grateful for getting fit! Friday November 29th we start the “Get My Body Back Fitness Challenge”.
As many of you know, I recently had a beautiful bundle of joy back in late September. I gained 33 pounds and I’m ready to lose it all and tone up. I’ve lost much of the weight already by watching my diet, but now it’s time to get to business. I got cleared to exercise from my doctor and I’m ready to hit the weights and get my cardio on!
How does the challenge work? Everyday for the next 3 weeks you’re gonna sweat! Starting Friday November 29th until our last day December 20th we’re getting our workout on. Instead of creating a set schedule, the workouts are your choice. Any way you want to get it done, do it! All you got to do is workout and check-in! A healthy diet is just as important. Remember, a hot body is 70% in the kitchen and you can’t out exercise a bad diet! Dust off your food journals and write down everything you eat. Anything that passes through your beautiful lips gets written down so you become aware of what and how much (or how little) you’re eating.
