aMAYzing Beach Body Fitness Challenge

It’s just about time to whip out that teeny bikini and hit the beach. That means we gotta whip ourselves into shape and get back to our hot summer selves! How do we do it? Funny you should ask. Introducing the aMAYzing Beach Body Fitness Challenge!

Everyday in the month of May is a set of 2 exercises. Each exercise is to be done at anytime of the day. Split it up, do it all at once. It’s your choice. Just get it done!

Not sure what the exercises are? I’l post the descriptions, so no excuses for not doing them!! You’ll thank me later, promise!

This challenge is fun and easy to do! Do the exercises while your watching TV or right before you jump in the shower.Do these exercises everyday and you’ll be turning heads in no time!
