Sick In The New Year

This week I’m sad to say I’m sick. Dominic had a little cold last week, and just like the last time he was sick, he shared his germs. I know I always say sharing means caring, but that’s not really what I meant, Big D! I’m a little concerned. I wouldn’t even say Dominic was sick. It was more like he had a little cold. Sticking To It In 2015

It’s a new year and if you’re like everyone else, getting fit for 2015 is your New Years Resolution. Unlike everyone else, stick to it!! I love and hate this time of year.
